Happy Birthday, Betsy

Shannon and I attended a small gathering on Sunday to celebrate Betsy's (belated) birthday. As always Betsy and Chad provided good company and a fantastic feast. Soft warm rolls, full of Italian beef or stuffed with barbeque pulled pork, were complimented by a tasty, tangy salad by Mel (Betsy's sister). Various appetizers, cookies, and brownies were also delicious.

I've included a few pictures from the event in this post; I strangely didn't get any of the birthday girl (shame on me!), but at least I got a funny one of her husband. Enjoy.
