Libby the Bookworm

I am trying to read to Libby each night between her final feeding and her bath, and so far she seems to really enjoy it.

The first book I read to Libby was "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" (thanks Sarah & Chris), and she absolutely loved it! I honestly didn't expect her to be so captivated: she must have spent at least ten minutes just staring and smiling at the butterfly on the last page. It was really incredible - though who knows, maybe it was just gas .

That's great! That is Ella's favorite book right now. She also loves the last page with the butterfly. In fact, she turns the pages super fast to arrive at that one.

Hey Mike - Libby is adorable, and kudos to you for reading before bed at such an early age... Word of caution: If you give the caterpillar a funny voice, you will have to keep doing it every night for the next 10 years... Choose wisely! *grin*
