Fried Potatoes

Mmmm... homemade fried potatoes:


I made these fries on Sunday. They are simple to make: slice up potatoes, fry them in oil on the stove (watch out for spatters - I suggest a deep pot), then sprinkle with a bit of salt and a bit of pepper. They are delicious, if I do say so myself.
