Don't worry, better pictures are on the way. And no we did not actually wake our child up; we simply sang carols outside his bedroom door until he awoke.

Here's Libby with two good friends Henry and Sam (children of these excellent folks). Shannon and I were cracking up at this picture because it looks like Henry and Libby are themselves the parents of two kids, and they were just trying to get a good family shot for Christmas:
