Shannon and I spent Saturday attending a fast-track Birthing class, where I was “lucky” enough to wear this sympathy belly for a while. It was interesting to feel that much weight on my stomach and breasts (though to be honest I haven’t had any problems over the past couple months putting on the belly weight myself).
While most of the information covered in the class wasn’t new, it was the first time that I have seen a baby’s full birth. It was incredible - though to be honest I probably won’t be able to look at a vagina in a non-clinical way for a while. But then again, having a pregnant wife and a baby on the way, that’s pretty much a given anyway ![]()
Sometimes a site comes along that just floors me with it’s creativity. Bembo’s Zoo is just such a site.
Once you enter the “zoo” you can click on any letter and it will spell out a animal’s name beginning with that letter. Then the letters start moving and multiplying, and before you know it the letters have formed a picture of that animal! What a fun site for kids and adults to explore and marvel at - I love it!
(sent to me by the talented, and recent new dad, Nate)
Jeff and Caroline recently had a beautiful baby daughter, born on Saturday November 4th, named Reese Elizabeth. Here are some (absolutely adorable) pictures of her that Jeff shared with me - and now I’m sharing with you. Enjoy!
We visited the happy couple recently; mom, dad, and baby are all doing well and have adjusted to life as parents like pros.
